People, who cook on a boat is much bolder, smarter and well organized, since many contributory factors, vary from the cooking in our kitchen....

First adverse factor for cooking on a boat,.... is the lack of space and the lack of adequate materials.Furthermore, if you have not written your shopping list correctly and you miss something, you don't you have the ability to fetch an item from the nearest supermarket … since you are at sea...

In addition, the water quantity should be consumed with caution, if the crew does not want to get thirsty! Even though cooking is fun, time spent on a boat is …bigger fun. So, nobody wants to spend his time solely on cooking. Cooking on a yacht, has finally a critical difficulty: the weather!

....if only the sea could always be quiet, but all yachtsmen have many times see how the boat kitchen, becomes after cooking on a rocking boat!

Everything in cooking aboard begins from the choice of inspirational simple and delicious recipes. Select recipes that will not need much time, gas and water consumption. Make a list with all the products that will be required for the execution and be sure that the sharp knives, are secured and make them your best allies !

I have one suggestion for sea- fans who do not stop travelling in autumn or even for those that may call their friends for dinner, on their yacht, being moored at a nearby Marina : cook something delicious, simple and full of nutritious ingredients ....

Under the romantic atmosphere of lighted candles along with the “music” of the sea-sound and a glass of wine, you can imagine that the trip never ended!
