Aegean Regatta can deservedly be described now as one of the biggest sailing events in Greece. The event, that was made under the auspices of the Ministry of the Aegean, support of Hellenic Sailing Federation/Offshore Committee, assistance of sailing clubs of Eastern Aegean Sea, and coordination by Offshore Yachting Club of Rhodes, had complete success and caused the involvement and interest and foreign crews.

Portbook, as the first private Marine site in Greece that deals with the nautical tourism and sport, participated for the first time in such a great event with:

  • General Sponsorships
  • On the spot correspondent
  • Sponsoring his own crew in the boat LIMNI and
  • Crews that supported Portbook and dressed in its colors!
  • (AKASTE-NEARChOS – FOIVOS-DAS BOOT)

Saying so, we feel the need to thank all those who helped in our participation and especially boats’ captains and crews who fought, in supporting this pioneering and largely romantic Portbook's effort. Portbook as a team/company that deals mainly with the Greek ports and professionals serving the maritime Tourism & sport, and after countless trips to the ports of our country, aims to be a tool that will be used by the maritime community in order to alleviate minor disadvantages of Greek ports, contributing, to the extent possible, to better utilization and advancement of professionals involved in them.
