Kimolos is an island in the Aegean Sea. Located in the South-eastern boundary of the Cyclades, only 87 nautical miles from Piraeus and too close to Milos Island. It has around 750 inhabitants most of whom deal with the tourist infrastructure in conjunction with agricultural activities as with the mines of the island.
The shape of the island is almost regular pentagon. It Is a volcanic island with unique variety rock formation whose characteristic is their white color. The flora and fauna of the island is special as here we come across the Mediterranean Monk Seal, the only kind of vipers "lempetina", the Blue lizard, the Phalacrocorax aristotelis, the Golden owl, a rare Falcon species and migratory birds.
It has many beautiful beaches and is the place to enjoy a relaxing holiday without missing anything than you need.
